Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

The short version: Drawer doesn’t collect any information about you. Your list of apps and shortcuts stays on your iPhone. There’s no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Drawer (“Drawer: Quick App Launcher” on the App Store) is an app launcher for iPhone made by Ashton Miller (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

What stays on your iPhone

Information that leaves your iPhone

  1. App icons. To show the right icon for an app or shortcut, Drawer looks it up on Apple’s public App Store search service (itunes.apple.com) by the app’s name or its App Store identifier, then downloads the icon image from Apple. Only the app’s name or identifier is sent, never your name, your list or any other personal information. Like any download, Apple’s servers see your device’s internet address, under Apple’s privacy policy.

  2. The helper shortcut. If you tap to get the “Load into Drawer” helper shortcut, it’s opened from Apple’s iCloud in the Shortcuts app, like any shared shortcut. Apple handles that download.

That’s all. Drawer has no servers of its own, and we never receive anything from the app.

What we don’t do
